Eat after Use turns eating into a shared experience of cycles and regeneration. Everything rooted in the soil becomes part of us through our food – and what we create eventually returns to the earth in another form. The idea of edibility symbolizes a world in which things once again become part of natural cycles.

The evening, conceived by Lena Beigel in collaboration with the Institute of Design Research Vienna (IDRV), weaves together culinary tastings, conversations, and an artistic staging into a collective experience. Horticultural pioneers Alfred Grand and Andrea Heistinger offer insights into the practice of regenerative agriculture – into a mindful relationship with soil and life.
